This album represents a journey ‘out of the wilderness’ of the heart, after severe trauma, leading ultimately to recovery.I wrote this album over many years. It’s taken me a long time to have the courage to put it together and to release it. Each song is deeply personal and represents a chapter in a life with many challenges. Though there is a much sorrow in the songs, there is also hope.

 The album was conceived during lockdown, produced and recorded long distance by Juan Barallobres and the El Sello Rojo team members in Patagonia (Argentina). We were introduced via Beyond Music, a music network inspired and created by Tina Turner. This network turned out to be a lifesaver, during a time of isolation and stress, and at a point in my life when I thought I would not have the courage to sing again. I was able to connect and work with an amazing producer and musicians on the other side of the world, and together create an album of which we are all proud.
